There is a rapid spread of the infection of the Coronavirus and unfortunately this affects each of us. To protect our employees and to try to limit the infection rate, currently most of our staff works from the home office.
The benefit of our customers is of essential importance for us. We are facing unfamiliar times, but together we will master the challenges! We will continue to be there for you. From Monday 23.03.2020 on there will be a skeleton crew in our company. We will be available to you from 9.00 – 16.00 o´ clock. Your incoming orders will be processed. At the current situation we can not grant that goods from other countries will be available promptly. We beg your indulgence that delivery times can be extended. We will try our best to keep supply chains short, as usual.
Our staff members will largely be available for you. You can reach them in their home offices with their direct extension.
Please sent your inquiries, orders or repair orders by mail or fax, as usual. We will process them promptly. Our maintenance capacities will also be available to you within the government regulations resp. the recommendations of the RKI.
None of us have ever been in such a situation with daily changing rules and conditions. Please understand that problems may occur, especially in the transitional phase.
We hope, that with a will to work together, we will withstand these challenging times.
